Two views of your money. The truth is where they meet.
A personal ledger with two views of your money — physical accounts and budget buckets — reconciled whenever you want certainty.
Free while it's in beta. No app store — it runs in your browser and installs to your home screen.
One ledger, two views
Zandaka keeps two records of the same money and never pretends they are one.
Your banks, e-wallets, cards, and the cash in your pocket. You write each balance down yourself, whenever you check — a timestamped snapshot, never a guess and never derived.
Emergency fund, savings, vacation. Bucket balances are worked out by replaying every transaction you record. The money behind one bucket may sit in several banks — the bucket doesn't mind.
Moved money between your own accounts? Nothing to record.
Top up your wallet from your bank and no bucket has changed — the money only changed pockets. Zandaka never asks you to log a transfer to yourself. Record income, record spending, and leave the shuffling alone.
Reconcile when you want certainty
Write down what each account holds right now. Zandaka totals your physical accounts, totals your buckets, and shows the difference. A difference is not an alarm — it is a difference to explain. Usually a transaction went unrecorded, or a balance moved since you last wrote it down.
There is no schedule. Daily, weekly, whenever you want to know. When the two totals meet, the ledger is stamped.
The seal appears only when the difference is $0.00.
The ledger, as you'll see it
No charts you didn't ask for. Two screens do most of the work.
Start your ledger
Add your accounts, name your buckets, and write down today's balances. That is the whole setup — the rest is bookkeeping.
